She took an OOUX approach and although there was bound to be a learning curve, she provided excellent education to the client at the forefront of the workshops to ensure that they would be able to engage during the sessions. By taking this approach, we are gathering valuable information not only for XD, but for all aspects of the discovery work ahead and has set a stage as a framework for the client to use in their future content strategy and design system management efforts as well.
